Statutory public open house for Comprehensive Zoning By-law scheduled for September 17

September 4, 2024

A statutory public open house for the Comprehensive Zoning By-law will be held on Tuesday, September 17 at the Rotary Hall, Prince Edward Community Centre (375 Picton Main Street) from 6-8 pm.

The public open house will be an opportunity for members of the community to provide input on the second draft of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law.

The statutory public open house is required under the Ontario Planning Act. Click here to view the meeting notice.

The format of the public open house will be as follows:

  • A brief presentation by the County’s project consultant, WSP, will begin at 6:15 pm. The presentation will include an overview of the second draft of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law and proposed key changes to the document.
  • An open question and answer session with the project team.

The second draft of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law is available for review on the municipality’s public engagement platform, Have Your Say.
