An application for Consent & Rezoning has been submitted for the property at 704 County Road 23 and the surrounding farm property. Though Consent File No. B20-25, the owner is seeking to sever a 0.27 hectare lot addition from the surrounding property to benefit the residential property. The proposed lot addition contains a gazebo that is used by the residential property. Conversely, the application proposes to sever a 0.3 hectare lot addition from the residential property to benefit the farm property. The two properties would be rezoned as a result of Consent to recognize the proposed residential and agricultural uses.
