The Planning and Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, September 17.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
A statutory public meeting will be held for the following applications:
- A draft plan of subdivision and zoning by-law amendment at 1092 Huyck’s Point Road (Ward 7 Hillier)
- A consent and rezoning application at 1004 Burr Road (Ward 7 Hillier)
- A zoning by-law amendment at 1927 County Road 10 (Ward 5 Athol)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A consent and rezoning application at 511 County Road 8 (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- A consent and rezoning application at 129 Cressy Lakeside Road (Ward 8 North Marysburgh)
- An Official Plan amendment, consent, and rezoning application at 13 South Big Island Road (Ward 6 Sophiasburgh)
- A plan of subdivision at County Road 22 and Kingsley Road (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
Please note: the presentation and report regarding the review of hydrogeological requirements for rural severances has been moved to the September 25 Committee of the Whole. An earlier advertisement indicated this item would be considered at the September 17 Planning and Development Committee meeting. Other applications advertised to appear on the September 17 Planning and Development Committee meeting agenda will proceed as scheduled.
