The Municipality has received an application for Consent & Rezoning to sever a surplus dwelling resulting from a farm consolidation. The Subject lands are located at 82 Eatonville Road and the retained lands acquired by an abutting farm parcel to be consolidated under a single farming operation. As a condition of Consent, the retained lands would be rezoned to prohibit residential development.
