Temporary Glenora Ferry service reduction July 16

July 15, 2026

The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has informed the municipality that the Glenora Ferry service will be reduced on Thursday, July 16. MTO will be performing required maintenance.

On July 16, departures will be every 30 minutes instead of every 15 minutes.

Alternative access is available via County Road 49, Highway 62, and Highway 33. Please plan your travels accordingly.

When maintenance work is complete, the ferry will return to the seasonal schedule through Thanksgiving Weekend

  • 6 am – 10 am: Departures every 30 minutes
  • 10:15 am – 7:45 pm: Departures every 15 minutes
  • 7:45 pm – 1:15 am: Departures every 30 minutes
