The County has received an application for Minor Variance to vary Section 16.3.4 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to reduce the minimum exterior side yard setback from the required 15 metres (49.2 feet) to 9.3 metres (30.5 feet) and 13.6 metres (44.5 feet) to allow for a proposed detached garage.
