The County of Prince Edward has received a minor variance application to adjust the maximum lot coverage of an accessory structure from 5% to 13%, to adjust the maximum accessory structure height from 5 meters to 6.04 meters, to adjust the front yard setback from 15 meters to 9.9 meters and to adjust the maximum lot coverage from 15% to 19.33% to permit the construction of a detached garage.
