The County has received an application for Minor Variance to facilitate the development of a storage shed. The application proposes to vary Section 16.3.4 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to permit an exterior side yard setback of 10.6 metres where as minimum exterior side yard setback of 15 metres is required. The application also proposes to vary Section 16.3.6 of the County’s Zoning By-Law to permit a minimum rear yard setback of 3 metres whereas a minimum rear yard setback of 12 metres is required.
