The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow for the addition to an existing single detached dwelling. The Application proposes to vary Section 13.3.5 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for an interior side yard setback of 1.54 metres (5.083 feet) from the required 3 metres (9.8 feet). The subject lands are known as 73 Bloomfield Main Street in the Ward of Bloomfield/Hallowell.
