The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow for the construction of an accessory building. The Application proposes to vary Section 18.104.22.168 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a maximum height of an accessory building of 6.84 metres (22.45 feet) from the required 5 metres (16.4 feet). The subject lands are known as 395 County Road 25 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.
