The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow the construction of a single detached dwelling unit. The Application proposes to vary Section 16.3.3 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to permit the reduction of the required front yard setback for the Rural Residential 1 (RR1) Zone. The RR1 Zone requires a minimum front yard setback of 15 metres and the application seeks to reduce the required front yard setback to 6.0 metres. The subject lands are located at 3641 County Road 13 in the Ward of South Marysburgh.
