The County has received an application for Minor Variance to permit the development of a detached garage. Through the proposed variance, the applicant proposes to vary Section 14.3.3 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to permit the reduction of the front yard setback requirement to 4.5 metres. The applicant also proposes to vary Section 14.3.7 of the County’s Zoning By-Law to increase the maximum permitted lot coverage to 16.3%.
