The County has received an application for Minor Variance to permit the development of a garage. Through the proposed variance, the applicants seek to vary Section 220.127.116.11 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law to increase the permitted maximum height of an accessory structure to from 5 metres to 6.7 metres.
