The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow for the addition to an existing single detached dwelling. The Application proposes to vary Section 16.3.3 of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a minimum front yard setback of 7.0m (23 feet). The subject lands are located at 3903 County Road 13 in the Ward of South Marysburgh.
