The County has received an application for a Minor Variance to allow the construction of a new single detached dwelling. The Application proposes to vary Section 4.26.3.iii of the County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 1816-2006 to allow for a dwelling unit within 144 metres of an Extractive Industrial where the Zoning permits a Quarry Use (from the required 500 metres). The subject lands are located north of 2997 County Road 7 in the Ward of North Marysburgh.
