Access the County

Access the County worked with experts in the field of accessibility to bring together Business Champions from Prince Edward County’s small business community through interactive workshops to demystify and debunk some of the myths and misunderstandings associated with accessibility as well as increase general awareness and knowledge of accessibility accommodation and AODA compliance.

In addition to the interactive, in -person learning experiences at the workshops, an interactive e-learning module was created specifically for this program. We invite all members of Prince Edward County’s business and non-profit community to take a few a few minutes to learn from this e-learning module, What is Accessibility?.  This two-part e-learning module takes only 10-15 minutes to complete and is a great foundational resource on accessibility.
