The County has received an application for Technical Consent to establish a right-of-way over the property at 3271 County Road 13. The proposed easement would provide access to the property at 3401 County Road 13 as well as a property at 3287 County Road 13. The easement is sought as a wetland prevents the establishment of a driveway/laneway at the frontage of 3401 County Road 13. The proposed right-of-way is intended to accommodate a laneway to the proposed Flatt Point Subdivision.
