The County has received applications for Consent & Rezoning for the property known as 65 Sunrise Drive. The application proposes to sever a 7.1 hectare residential lot containing an existing dwelling. The woodland within the property would be rezoned as Environmental Protection (EP) Zone with the exception of existing/future building envelopes identified through the Environmental Impact Study.
