The County has received an application for Technical Consent and Rezoning to sever a parcel from the property at 471 Valley Road. The severed parcel is to be added to the existing residential lot at 555 Valley Road. The lot addition is sought as the well and a portion of the septic field for 555 Valley Road are located on the property at 471 Valley Road.
