The County has received and application for Conesent to create three (3) conveyable parcels that are comprised of the draft approved Fields of Wellington Subdivision, owned by Lanarose Developments Ltd. Through Technical Consent File No. B33-22 & B34-22, the owner proposes to create three (3) conveyable parcels to permit construction financing in the form of (3) separate tranches.
