The County has received applications for a Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit the development of a residential subdivision located within Picton. The subdivision would be comprised of 904 total dwelling units.
The proposal includes a mix of unit types including single and semi-detached dwellings, townhouses, and apartment buildings.
The property is located north of Sandy Hook Road, south of the Millenium Trail, and west of Upper Lake Street.
