Additional swimmers and pedestrians near Roblin Lake on August 23 for Aquathon Race

The third annual Aquathon Race for Maddy Kort is taking place around the Roblin Lake area in Ameliasburgh on Saturday, August 23 from 10 am – 2 pm.

  • The race combines swimming and running.
  • There will be no road closures as runners will be travelling on the side of the roads.
  • Motorists and boaters are asked to take caution while in the area over the weekend as a higher number of swimmers and pedestrians are expected.
  • The running route will start at Roblin Lake onto County Road 19 to County Road 2, Salem Road, Whitney Road, back on to County Road 19 and ending at Roblin Lake.
