The County of Prince Edward has published the agenda for the Planning and Development Committee meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 16.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
A statutory public meeting will be held for the following application:
- A Draft Plan of Condominium and Rezoning at 19538 Loyalist Parkway (Ward 7 Hillier)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- Consent & Rezoning at 1346 County Road 12 (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- Consent & Rezoning at Lighthall Road, south of 497 County Road 24 (Ward 5 Athol)
- An extension of the Temporary Use By-Law and Interim Servicing Agreement for PEC Community Partners Inc. o/a Base31 at County Road 22 and Kingsley Road (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
