The Planning and Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 17.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
A statutory public meeting will be held for the following application:
- A consent and rezoning application at 1591 Gilead Road (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A plan of subdivision, Official Plan amendment & zoning by-law amendment at 233 Fawcett Avenue (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- A zoning by-law amendment application at 1927 County Road 10 (Ward 5 Athol)
- A consent and rezoning application west of 1037 County Road 4 (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
