The Planning and Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
A statutory public meeting will be held for the following applications:
- A consent and rezoning application at 1430 County Road 12 (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- A consent and rezoning application at 15983 and 15987 Loyalist Parkway (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- A rezoning application at 467 County Road 19 (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A consent and rezoning application at 704 County Road 23 and the surrounding farm property (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh).
- A consent and rezoning application at 1004 Burr Road (Ward 7 Hillier).
- A plan of condominium file at 19538 Loyalist Parkway (Ward 7 Hillier)
- An application for zoning by-law amendment at 81 – 91 Picton Main Street/15 Washburn Street (Ward 1 Picton)
- An official plan amendment (County-wide)
There are two items approved under the Delegated Authority By-Law 98-2020:
- A minor variance at 1156 Christian Road (Ward 7 Hillier)
- A minor variance at 2490D County Road 8 (Ward 8 North Marysburgh)
