The County of Prince Edward has published the agenda for the Planning and Development Committee meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 16.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
A statutory public meeting will be held for the following applications:
- A consent and rezoning at 511 County Road 8 (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- A zoning by-law amendment at 383 County Road 7 (Ward 8 North Marysburgh)
- A draft plan of subdivision east of County Road 22 and north of Kingsley Road and a draft plan of subdivision located to the east and west of County Road 22 and south of Kingsley Road (Base31)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A zoning by-law amendment at 433 Bloomfield Main Street (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- A consent and rezoning at 1092 County Road 20 (Huyck’s Point Road) (Ward 7 Hillier)
