The Planning and Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, June 17.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
Statutory public meetings will be held for the following applications:
- A consent and rezoning at 661 County Road 10 (Ward 2 Hallowell)
- A consent and rezoning at 829/841 County Road 13 (Ward 9 South Marysburgh)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A consent and rezoning at 471 Valley Road (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh). The purpose of the consent application is to sever a parcel from the subject lands, which is to be added to the proposed benefitting property at 555 Valley Road.
- A draft plan of subdivision for Cork and Vine Subdivision Phase 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A (Ward 3 Wellington). A request has been received to deem an approval not to have lapsed regarding Draft Plan of Subdivision. If approved, the proposal would allow the owner to move forward in satisfying the remaining conditions of draft approval and proceed to final approval without having to restart the planning process through a new draft plan of subdivision application.
