The Planning and Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, March 18.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
Statutory public meetings will be held for the following applications:
- A consent and rezoning at 3157 County Road 3 (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh)
- A consent and rezoning at 82 Eatonville Road (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh)
- A consent and rezoning at 46 Eatonville Road (Ward 4 Ameliasburgh)
- A consent and rezoning at 9 Mowbray Road (Ward 6 Hallowell)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A municipally initiated housekeeping amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law 140-2025
- A consent and rezoning at 15983 and 15987 Loyalist Parkway (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
- A rezoning at 2188 County Road 1 (Ward 2 Bloomfield/Hallowell)
