The Planning and Development Committee will meet on Wednesday, May 20.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) with the live stream on the municipality’s YouTube channel. Members of the public who wish to provide comments can do so by contacting clerks@pecounty.on.ca to register.
Statutory public meetings will be held for the following application:
- A consent and rezoning at 1309 County Road 8 (Ward 8 North Marysburgh)
The Planning and Development Committee will consider for decision the following applications:
- A municipally initiated rezoning at 1 Head Street in Picton. The proposal would see a mobile restaurant permitted as a temporary use on the subject property.
- A municipally initiated Official Plan amendment. The purpose of the amendment would be to permit the delegation of a minor Zoning By-law Amendments (ZBA) from Council to staff and to establish criteria to classify a ZBA as minor.
