Appeal deadline for Quinte Isle Campark decision now June 10, 2021

May 26, 2021

The County of Prince Edward has issued a new Notice of Decision for the Quinte Isle Campark Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment.

This new notice will ensure that all interested persons have an adequate opportunity to file an appeal.

The new deadline to file an appeal of the decision to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) is June 10, 2021. Any person or public body can appeal to the LPAT by filing with the Clerk of the County of Prince Edward. Click here to read the complete Notice of Decision and learn more about appealing the decision. The County has also emailed the notice to people who spoke at the statutory planning meeting and advised the Clerk that they wished to be sent the Notice of Decision. The Notice of Decision has also been advertised in three local newspapers.

If you have any questions or require additional information, contact Michael Michaud, Manager of Planning, at 613.476.2148 extension 2025 or email mmichaud@pecounty.on.ca.
