The seasonal 1” bulk water station in Picton (15 MacSteven Drive) has returned to service as of Friday, May 29 for use during the summer of 2026.
Bulk Station A in Picton (15 MacSteven Drive), Wellington Bulk Loading Station (111 Belleville Street), and Carrying Place Bulk Loading Station (20651 Loyalist Parkway) offer year-round service.
- Coin-operated 1” bulk water supply connections are available for use at all bulk water filling stations. Those wishing to use the filling stations must supply a clean connecting hose of at least 15 feet in length with a 1” female CamLock fitting.
- Instructions for operating the equipment are posted at each location. Users are reminded that the bulk filling stations are not intended for filling small water storage containers (e.g. 20L jugs, etc.).
- The current bulk water rate, as per By-law 233-2021, is $4.16 per cubic meter (1,000L). Units are coin operated. The Picton and Carrying Place bulk water stations only accept loonies for payment. Other coins can be used in the Wellington bulk water station. Change is not available on site.
- The 3” bulk water supply stations in Picton and Wellington continue to be available to approved larger-volume haulers.
