Climate Action Plan public consultation for March 29 rescheduled due to inclement weather

The municipality and the Climate Action Plan Working Group is rescheduling the community consultation previously scheduled for Saturday, March 29 in Wellington due to the forecast of freezing rain.

The consultation will now take place on Saturday, April 5, from 10 am to 1 pm at the Wellington and District Community Centre.

Community members are invited to share their opinions on the best ways to mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change.

If you are unable to attend on Saturday, April 5, public consultations will continue on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, April 9, 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm – Milford Town Hall
  • Saturday, April 12, 12 pm – 2 pm – Prince Edward Community Centre in Picton
