The County is reminding organizations that the deadline to apply to the Municipal Community Grant program is noon on Friday, April 14.

The Municipal Community Grant Program aims to improve the well-being and quality of life of the community and its residents through financial assistance to non-profit, community-based organizations in the areas of: arts, culture, heritage, recreation, environment, health and human services. Municipal Community Grant funding is based on approved funding by County Council during the annual budget deliberations.

Through a partnership agreement with the County of Prince Edward, The County Foundation administers all streams of grant applications. Application forms and more information are available on The County Foundation’s website.

The County Foundation hosted an information webinar on March 9. The session was recorded for those who were unable to attend. Click here to watch the webinar and learn more about the Municipal Community Grant Program.
