The repair of a watermain leak on County Road 28 in Rossmore, originally scheduled to take place on Monday, September 23, has been postponed due to heavy rain.
- This work is anticipated to take place later this week. Updates will be provided when the date is finalized.
- When this repair takes place, water quality will not be impacted; however, residents on County Road 28 between the two entrances to Fenwood Gardens will experience an interruption to service, intermittent pressure fluctuations and coloured water while construction is taking place. The water remains safe to drink throughout the duration of construction.
- If coloured water is experienced, customers are encouraged to flush their water lines at the cold water tap nearest to the water meter once work is complete.
