Report: County Road 3 Rehabilitation Tender Award
Council awarded the contract to Earth-Crete Ontario Inc. in the amount of $1,226,654.30 plus applicable taxes for construction services for the rehabilitation of County Road 3.
Council approved the By-Law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the County of Prince Edward and Earth-Crete Ontario Inc.

Recommendation: The Environmental Advisory Committee regarding Action on Ontario’s Tire Recycling System
Council approved to send a letter to Bay of Quinte MPP Tyler Allsop requesting action on Ontario’s Tire Recycling System. A copy of this letter was sent to the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, the Association of Municipalities of Ontario, and all Ontario municipalities.
