County seeking community input for Delhi Park Pathways Project

November 15, 2023

The municipality is seeking public input on a design plan for a series of 3-metre-wide pathways through Delhi Park in Picton.

The public is invited to attend a drop-in style fireside chat on Saturday, December 2 from 10 am – 12 pm, with an overview of the project at 10:15 am. The fireside chat will take place in Delhi Park on Lalor Street near the community gardens. Hot chocolate and local treats will be provided. This fireside chat will occur rain or shine.

County staff and the design team from Victoria Taylor Landscape Architects will be on site to hear the community’s ideas on how the pathways in Delhi Park can be developed.

The goal of the project is to improve accessibility while better connecting pedestrians and cyclists to Delhi Park’s surrounding areas, including Picton Main Street.

For more information on the Delhi Park Pathways Project, visit the County’s Have Your Say website.

If you have questions or require further information, please contact Ashley Stewart, Community Services and Programs Coordinator, at 613.476.2148 extension 2508 or astewart@pecounty.on.ca.
