E-billing customers to receive 2024 interim tax notice in mail

February 16, 2024

The electronic billing service for property tax customers is currently unavailable.

The County is mailing a paper copy of the 2024 interim tax notices to its electronic billing customers. E-billing customers should expect to receive those notices in the mail next week.

This issue is related to internal software and not the result of a data breach. Customers’ personal and financial information remain secure.

Municipal staff are working as quickly as possible with the software provider to resolve the problem and ensure the data in the system is accurate before reinstating e-billing services. Updates will be provided as they become available.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Tax Department by email at tax@pecounty.on.ca or by phone at 613.476.2148 extension 1530.
