The County of Prince Edward is seeking applications from mobile restaurant (food truck) operators interested in providing services at Wellington Rotary Beach for Summer 2023.
Eligible operators must be licensed, or willing to be licensed, to operate a food truck under the provisions of By-Law 48-2023.
Successful applicants must commit to operating on all weekends and holidays between July 1 – August 31, 2023 (with possibility of extension).
Beach access will be monitored by municipal staff on weekends and holidays during the course of the season.
Interested applicants can apply online via the Wellington Beach Food Truck Application Form. The deadline to apply is Monday, June 5 at 11:59 p.m.
