Free public skating available over the holidays

Free public skating opportunities will be available at the Wellington and District Community Centre (111 Belleville Street, Wellington) and the Prince Edward Community Centre (375 Picton Main Street, Picton) over the holiday season.

The skating schedule is as follows:

Wellington and District Community Centre

Public Skating

  • Tuesday, December 24 – 8 am to 10:30 am
  • Wednesday, December 25- No Skating
  • Thursday, December 26 – No Skating
  • Friday, December 27- 8 am – 9 am
  • Saturday, December 28- 6 pm to 7 pm
  • Sunday, December 29- 8 am- 9 am
  • Monday, December 30 – 8 am – 9 am
  • Tuesday, December 31- 3:30 pm – 5 pm
  • Wednesday, January 1 – No Skating

Adult & Parent+Tot Skating

  • Friday, December 27 – 9 am – 10 am
  • Monday, December 30 – 9 am – 10 am

Prince Edward Community Centre

Public Skating

  • Tuesday, December 24 – 9 am – 11:30 am
  • Wednesday, December 25 – No Skating
  • Thursday, December 26 – No Skating
  • Friday, December 27- 10 am – 11 am
  • Saturday, December 28 – 1 pm to 2:30 pm
  • Sunday, December 29 – 1 pm- 2:30 pm
  • Monday, December 30 – 10 am – 11 am
  • Tuesday, December 31- 10 am – 11 am
  • Wednesday, January 1 – No Skating

Adult & Parent+Tot Skating

  • Tuesday, December 24 – 9 am – 10 am
  • Friday, December 27 – 9 am – 10 am
  • Monday, December 30 – 9 am – 10 am
  • Tuesday, December 31 – 9 am – 10 am

Children 12 and under should be accompanied by an adult. Helmets are not mandatory but are recommended.
