Milford landfill site closed March 29
The Milford landfill site will be closed on Saturday, March 29 due to freezing rain conditions.
Poor road conditions are prohibiting staff from travelling to that site.
A freezing rain warning for the area has been issued by Environment Canada. The freezing rain is expected to continue through Sunday.
All other landfill and waste transfer facilities are open. However, they may close early if weather and road conditions continue to deteriorate.
