PECelebrates returns June 24 – July 1

June 15, 2023

PECelebrates, a celebration of community, cultures and Canada, will take place June 24 – July 1 across Prince Edward County.

“As we move into the summer months, it’s a great time to come together as a community and celebrate a number of special occasions,” Mayor Steve Ferguson says. “I commend the passionate volunteers for organizing such diverse events, and I look forward to joining you.”

PECelebrates features a variety of events and activities that mark Indigenous History Month, Indigenous Persons Day, Pride Month, St. Jean Baptiste Day, Multiculturalism Day and Canada Day. In addition to a fun-filled week of community events, the exterior of Shire Hall will be illuminated for the duration of the festival.

Details about the PECelebrates Festival are now available on The County’s website.  Featured events includes Revel, the Wellington Street Dance and new Drone Show, and Canada Day celebrations in Picton, Wellington and Ameliasburgh on July 1.
