The Planning and Development Committee will hold a meeting pursuant to Sections 34, 38, 51 and 53 of the Planning Act on Wednesday, May 17.
A combined statutory public meeting and decision meeting will take place for the following applications:
- Draft Plan of Subdivision & Rezoning File No.: 13-T-22-502 & Z30-22 – 10839353 Canada Ltd. – 175 County Road 4 – Part Lot 20 Concession 3 Military Tract Hallowell Part 1 on 47R9222 save and except Part 1 on 47R9319; Ward 2 (Bloomfield/Hallowell) — Draft Plan of Subdivision to develop approximately 15 single-detached homes, 43 townhouse units and an open space block providing access to the Millennium Trail. - Zoning File No.: Z7-23 – Municipally initiated, affecting various locations within Prince Edward County — Interim Control By-law to prohibit development in areas where shoreland designation overlaps areas with natural heritage features for a period of one year to permit the municipality time to conduct a review/study of these areas. The meeting will take place at Shire Hall (332 Picton Main Street) beginning at 7 pm.
The public is invited to participate either in-person, virtually, or through written comments submitted to the respective planner prior to the meeting.
