Pride crosswalks on Picton Main Street to be repainted May 28 – 30

The existing Pride crosswalks located in front of Metro (73 Picton Main Street) and the Picton Fairgrounds (375 Picton Main Street) will be repainted this week with the updated and inclusive Progress Pride flag crosswalk design.

  • The painting of the crosswalks will take place Thursday, May 28 to Saturday, May 30.
  • Work will take place during the night to minimize traffic disruptions. Pedestrians and motorists are asked to approach the site with caution.
  • The Pride crosswalks celebrate the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in Prince Edward County. To read the Pride Month proclamation, please click here.
