The County of Prince Edward reminds residents that a section of the Millennium Trail in Wellington remains closed for all public use.
- The trail is closed between Belleville Street and Consecon Street. Click here to view a map of the closed area.
- The closure is necessary so that crews can install watermains crossing under Lane Creek.
- This section of the trail is an active construction site with a number of disturbed areas.
- Public access to this section of the Millennium Trail is not permitted during construction to ensure public safety.
- This work is related to the Wellington water and sewer trunk construction project.
