Paving will be completed to restore the roadway on Elizabeth Street in Picton following a recent watermain repair.
- Paving activities will begin Tuesday, May 31 at 7 am, with an expected completion time of 4 pm the same day.
- Elizabeth Street between Picton Main Street and Mary Street will be closed to vehicle traffic during paving. Traffic control will be in place to direct local traffic from Picton Main Street only. Motorists are asked to avoid the construction area and take alternate routes. Pedestrian walkways remain open.
- Heavy equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the repair.
