County Arborists will be removing hazardous ash trees on County Road 5 in Picton on Wednesday, November 5 and Thursday, November 6. This work is part of the County’s annual ash tree removal program.
- County Road 5 will be closed between Davis Road and Elmbrook Road from 8 am to 4 pm both days.
- Motorists are asked to use Davis Road as the detour route. Click here to view the map.
- Heavy equipment may limit visibility in the area and noise levels will be elevated for the duration of the work.
- Motorists are asked to approach the site with caution or avoid the construction area.
