Single surface treatment program to pause on various roads until July

Due to a scheduling issue with the contractor, single surface treatment applications on remaining planned roads will be rescheduled and completed in early July.

This work is part of the 2024 rural road preventative maintenance program.

The following roads are awaiting treatment application:

  • Chuckery Hill Road (County Road 33 to Rosseau Crossroad)
  • May Road (County Road 4 to County Road 1)
  • Gilead Road (Matthie Road to County Road 2)
  • Swamp College Road (Baitleys Road to Danforth Road)
  • County Road 20 (County Road 33 to CA 613)
  • Pleasant Bay Road (County Road 33 to Bakker Road)
  • Partridge Hollow Road (County Road 33 to Stinson Block Road)
  • Elizabeth Road (entire length)
  • Valley Road (entire length)
  • Burr Road (entire length)
  • Fish Lake Road (Norton Road to County Road 49)

The following roads have been completed:

  • County Road 17 (Civic Address [CA] 1331 to CA 2179)
  • Kelly Road (Kings Road to Welbanks Road)
  • Fennell Crescent (entire length)
  • County Road 38 (County Road 8 to end)
  • County Road 7 (CA 1788 to CA 3587)
