The statutory public meeting for a Draft Plan of Subdivision, Official Plan Amendment, and Rezoning application on County Road 28 in Ward 4 Ameliasburgh scheduled for Wednesday, February 5 at 6 pm at Shire Hall has been deferred.
The deferral is required in order to meet all requirements for notification under the Planning Act.
The statutory public meeting for this planning application will be held at a future Planning and Development Committee meeting. Further notification will be provided when the item is rescheduled.
Other applications on the agenda for the February 5 Planning and Development Committee meeting will proceed as scheduled.
