Traffic disruption on Wellington Main Street March 18

March 18, 2021

The wastewater department will be performing scheduled work on Wellington Main Street on Thursday, March 18 between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.

The purpose of the work is to remove wastewater equipment that was in use for the Engineering Department’s flow study.

  • This work will result in traffic disruptions and lane restrictions in the area of Wellington Main Street and Narrow Street between the hours of 7:30 am and 8:30 am.
  • The street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers directing traffic while work is being performed. No heavy equipment will be present.
  • There will be no interruptions to water or wastewater services, and no impact on water quality.
