Traffic disruptions in Picton for County Kids of Steel Triathlon June 8

May 29, 2025

Traffic disruptions will occur in Picton on Sunday, June 8 for the County Kids of Steel Triathlon.

  • The triathlon will take place from 9 am to 12 pm.
  • Ontario Provincial Police and volunteers will lead the participants along the route.
  • There will be single lane road closures and traffic disruptions may occur as participants cross intersections along the route.
  • Motorists are advised to drive with caution in the area.
  • The triathlon will begin and end at the Prince Edward Fitness & Aquatic Centre (PEFAC) at 13263B Loyalist Parkway. Loyalist Parkway will be single lane from the PEFAC to County Road 10 and County Road 10 to the Millennium Trail.
